How do I reset my password?
Click "Sign in" and then "Forgot password" to reset your password via email.
How do I upload documents?
Go to your Profile → Documents tab to upload resumes and cover letters.
Can I edit my job posts?
Currently, job posts cannot be edited after publishing. Contact support if you need changes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile → Cancel Subscription. Type "CANCEL" to confirm.
Why can't I see my applications?
Applications are only visible to the person who submitted them. Make sure you're logged in.
How do I contact employers?
You cannot directly contact employers. Apply to their jobs and they'll see your application.
